    Q: Is it still possible to design the card despite the fact that I have no photos nor graphic material available to send  you ?

    A: Most certainly! We have a large collection of thematic photos, clip art,  logos est.,  Most of graphics can also be readily obtained online, so you can always be sure that together  we will find  the right material for you.

   Q: How long does it take to design and print my cards?

   A: Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-2 days to produce first proofs and 1-2 days to implement any subsequent corrections if required.  I try to answer all e-mails within the same day.

    Printing takes additional 1-3 days after your final approval. I try to update my customers as soon as possible if any delays occur.

  Q: What is the cost of shipping?

    QSLCanada doe not  make a single cent on shipping, so the shipping cost  depends on your preferences. I have various shipping options laid out in price list section; most reliable methods are UPS to USA (5 business days -25USD/1000 cards) and Canada Post to Canada ( 5 days or faster - 14CAD/1000 cards)

    I would like to point out a several key points to those  contemplating about saving extra 20-30 dollars by ordering from an overseas printer.

     *We are proud to offer best value and perhaps the best price for full color cards (on quantities below or equal 3000)  in North America and most Europe.  That is despite the fact that there exists a tremendous difference in cost of equipment, materials and living  between us and oversees printers.   

     *On top of the custom design, we offer a full satisfaction guarantee ( which includes reprinting if any mistakes shell ever occur on my part) and excellent reliability.                   

     *All outgoing shipments are assigned the tracking number to assure that nothing gets lost. Cards will arrive within days and not months. 

    * Communicating in the same language is a definite advantage wile customizing cards according to your specification.
